  20. Strange, I have yet to see a useful language that *didn't* allow you
  21. to add an arbitrary number of new prefix operators, that can take any
  22. number (or even varible numbers) of arguments.  They are usually
  23. called functions, procedures, subroutines or something like that. :-)
