  34. You will have to "RTFM," because it is impossible to explain
  35. the whole thing here. Elvis will look for a file called
  36. elvis.rc in the directory that is pointed to by the home
  37. environment variable (set home=some_directory_name).

  39. The easiest way to create an elvis.rc in elvis 1.6 is to
  40. configure using :set and :map commands from inside the
  41. editor, then issue the command :makerc
  42. This will create an elvis.rc for you, with the present
  43. settings.

  45. You can map any keys you want, including function keys and
  46. shifted function keys.
