  12. I'm thinking about writing a program that lets you voice 
  13. communicate between two equipped unix boxes and I was wondering
  14. if DSPs make good compressors? I don't know much about them but
  15. I'm trying to decrease the bandwidth needed to transmit the
  16. voice (eventually the picture too). I'm thinking about using
  17. a NeXT and was wondering if the Motorola DSP56001 is a good
  18. one to learn assembler for? Thanks for the replies via email...
