  13.    The subjective speech quality of (a correctly implemented) 4800bps
  14. CELP speech compression system is very impressive and is quite suitable
  15. for telephone-quality speech.

  17.    My company, Analogical Systems, has implemented a U.S.F.S 1016 CELP
  18. vocoder based upon a single 27MHz Motorola DSP56001 (the analyzer
  19. searches the entire 512 stochastic vector codebook in real time).
  20. The DSP56001 source and/or object code is available for licensing.

  23. PC-56 or PC-56D boards. A complete demonstration system (including the
