  22. Here at Texas A&M University, there is a specialized field of the
  23. Engineering Technology degree plan which is directed toward
  24. telecommunications.  As I am not involved in this degree plan, I do
  25. not have other information on it, but try 800 directory for Texas
  26. A&M ... call up and find out who to talk to.
