  15. I just finished checking the Verification Test Number for several
  16. Hicksville, New York (Long Island) exchanges and found that 711 is a
  17. valid exchange in the 516 Area Code.

  19. New York Telephone hasn't announced via their directory that it is
  20. being used and I have absolutely no idea as to why the test number
  21. recording would state that it is an exchange along with several
  22. others.

  24. I tried this several times and each try had the same results.
