  16. complete but some countries' systems are missing.

  18. We are looking for any people with experience or knowledge of systems,
  19. current state of the art, policy etc in Bangladesh, Iraq [pre-war or
  20. post-war, possibly both] Kuwait [ditto], and Jordan [ditto].
