  15. I need some information regarding methods of emergency data
  16. communications.  Imagine a disaster team in a crisis area, with a
  17. laptop computer and no electricity or phones. What is readily
  18. available (hardware-wise) to facilitate this? Any suggestions are
  19. appreciated; I'm guessing some type of sattelite system.
