  15. In Detroit, we live in an area where the exchange name used to be
  16. TUXedo (881,882,883,884,885,886). However, the official name of the CO
  17. is DTRT Niagra (DTRTMINICGO -- still a 1ESS). I used to think that the
  18. CO name was the name of a street on which the CO was located (or a
  19. street near the CO), but there isn't a TUXEDO in that area.

  21. Most of our Edison substations are named for the street that they are
  22. either on or close to.

  26. 889. The CO's here were variously named for the street they were
  27. located on or the neighborhood; sometimes an historical person or
