- I agree! I have a dozen Annexes deployed in all kinds of applications, --
- except printing -- and I think they do an exceptional job. I use 'em to
- collect data from RS232 devices, terminal servers, port servers, modem
- servers, serial port tunnelling, all kinds of stuff. I haven't had a
- hardware failure out of the dozen machines in two years, so I can't comment
- on their reliability.

- Support's great. Software versions are usually pretty solid; Xylogics has
- hustled on a stub release when I've located a particularly nasty bug.
- Xylogics tech support is available by Internet email, as are software
- releases.
