- Supra perpetually claims that it will have new eproms done in 2 weeks.
-
- ZyXel ships new eproms every two weeks. ;-)
-
- In all seriousness - Supra's customer support just sucks. I have been
- trying to get an updated set of eproms from them for 6 months now.
- You think they could be bothered to do anything other than mumbling
- something about "any day now?" If you buy a Supra, expect anything to
- take anywhere between forever and two weeks after that.
-
- I just got a ZyXel on loan. Expect a contrasting bug-off ;-) between
- the modems soon. ZyXel at least knows how to support it's customers.
- They make new prom images freely available. They also release new
- prom images in a timely manner.
