  21. In all seriousness - Supra's customer support just sucks.  I have been
  22. trying to get an updated set of eproms from them for 6 months now.
  23. You think they could be bothered to do anything other than mumbling
  24. something about "any day now?"  If you buy a Supra, expect anything to
  25. take anywhere between forever and two weeks after that.

  27. I just got a ZyXel on loan.  Expect a contrasting bug-off ;-) between
  28. the modems soon.  ZyXel at least knows how to support it's customers.
  29. They make new prom images freely available.  They also release new
  30. prom images in a timely manner.
