- Yes, I concur entirely. Gateway's tech. support hasn't been able
- to help me with this either. While I do not have a solution to the
- problem of not sending a break, to avoid sending a "+++" to the remote
- modem, I have altered my escape sequence to "---". You could just
- change it any other ASCII character.

- I have this problem with Kermit and other modems as well. Most notably
- my old ATI 2400 etc/i. Suprisingly, I do not have this problem if I
- run Kermit inside of a Windows 3.1 DOS box.
