  12. How can I get Windows 3.1 to not allow anything else use a Com port that is 
  13. being used by the BBS.  My 14.4k modem is on Com 2 and if I set it on Always 
  14. Warm or IDle for 999, I still get the occasional "Windows is trying to access 
  15. COM 2.  Which should get it."  If I set for Never warn, it just goes ahead and 
  16. tries to use Com 2 and dumps the BBS caller off.

  18. How can I make the COM 2 only be accessed by the BBS and Modem on COM 2 and 
  19. not let Windows or other applications access it, without having to be around 
  20. to click which one gets it?
