- How can I get Windows 3.1 to not allow anything else use a Com port that is
- being used by the BBS. My 14.4k modem is on Com 2 and if I set it on Always
- Warm or IDle for 999, I still get the occasional "Windows is trying to access
- COM 2. Which should get it." If I set for Never warn, it just goes ahead and
- tries to use Com 2 and dumps the BBS caller off.
-
- How can I make the COM 2 only be accessed by the BBS and Modem on COM 2 and
- not let Windows or other applications access it, without having to be around
- to click which one gets it?
