- Glad to hear it. Support for the OEM versions is actually handled by the
- modem manufacturer, Digicom is this case. Since we could not resolve it
- there, I decided to call and test the Delrina tech support number.
- Calling the 800 number and asking for tech support, you get switched to
- a tape which directs you to another number, a toll number in the 716
- area code, I believe. This one was constantly busy.

- So what, I just drove down and checked the place out. You should listen
- to the circus on the incoming phonelines. The clerk does not have a lot
- of time bewteen switching people on hold or tape. I am waiting now for
- several days already on an answer to my faxes. Its just damn busy at
- present.
