  28. The phone in room B is usable only when the modem is on hook. 
  29. When the Modem is off hook, the phone in room B is dead and can't 
  30. disturb your data transfers.

  32. Naturally if your wife is phoning in room B, you will break her call 
  33. when you start a data transfer with your modem/PC (but you hear her 
  34. partner in the modem speaker and may stop with ATH :-)
