  19. Didn't read this original article, but there was an Intelligent Modem
  20. CORPORATION, that was located in Salt Lake City.

  22. The modems they produced were part of a joint venture by Forval Corp,
  23. with Forval being the marketing arm and IMC being the engineering arm.

  25. In the _Computer Shopper_ they are listed under Forval.
