  17. That Motorola Codex modem 28.8K is proprietary.  The real V.Fast 28.8 won't
  18. be finalized until the end of '93, then will be formally adopted early
  19. 1994.  Therefore, when the standard comes out, the Codex will not be able
  20. to connect to it at 28.8K...
  21.   USRobotics Courier V.32bis/Dual Standard lines will be upgradeable to
  22. V.Fast when it comes out for $300.
