  14.     To my best knowledge I have the Telebit set for hardware flow 
  15. control, 19.2KBaud to the MicroAnnex.
  16.  
  17.     Although I can connect to the modem (and use it directly off a serial
  18. port), it will not connect to the MicroAnnex Terminal Server.
  19.  
  20.     My impression of the situation is that although the MicroAnnex is
  21. trying to keep cts up, the modem is pulling it down.

  23.     Any ideas ??  Any magical register or switch settings ??
