  10. Hi folks!

  12.      I have Procomm 4.2.2 (I think the version number is correct), and I'm
  13. having some problems dialing out.  I go to the "Dial" menu, go to the "Manual"
  14. dial option, and type the number (xxxxxxx).  It then dials the first two
  15. digits, pauses, proceeds with the rest, but is cut off by the operator's voice
  16. telling me that long-distance rates apply to the call.  It IS a local call and
  17. works fine with Quiklink II.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Please E-mail
