  20. Hey.... Look At The Register Settings.  One of them describes how long
  21. to wait before hangup on a lost carrier.

  23. I'm happier with it on -- I've seen the darned thing (T2500 <-> T1660)
  24. recover multiple times without garbage on the screen (interactive session).
