  10. After waiting 5 months for DALLASFAX to ship me their "All-In-One" 
  11. fax/modem/voicemail board, it finally arrived last month.

  13. Incoming calls are assumed to be faxes UNLESS the caller sends a signal 
  14. with his phone to tell the faxboard that this is a voice call.  
  15. Obviously, callers from cellular phones and rotary phones cannot send the 
  16. signal, so their calls switch to fax-mode!  
  17.  
  18. Now I've waited a month for DALLASFAX to issue a refund, and I think I'm 
  19. getting a runaround from them.

  21. Is DALLASFAX sleazy?  The jury is still out.
