- The approach taken by better vendors who have a presence on the net is to
- provide *complete* information to general requests for information. For
- example you might have said "3Com makes X, SMC makes Y, and D-Link makes Z,
- and we're pretty proud of ours so you might want to take a look." One of
- the best vendors in this regard IMHO is FTP Software. As a consumer of
- Usenet, I prefer informative messages rather than single sided advertisements.
- And I think it is more in the spirit of this news group.
