  12. I am having severe difficulties sending FAXes to Russia using a Ricoh
  13. FAX20.  I gather that the reason for the problems is that the Russian
  14. phone system is out of date, and there is significant line noise,
  15. ticking relay sounds, etc.

  17. My question is does anyone know whether certain makes of FAX machine are
  18. better at handling line noise than others?  Can someone recommend some
  19. specific brands, preferably ones that are affordable?  If there is some 
  20. machine that works well with line noise when the same machine is used on 
  21. both sides, then I would like to know about that as well.
