  12. I'm running Oracle 6.0.33 on a VMS platform.  I have a rollback segment,
  13. rb_A, which is AVAILABLE, but not IN_USE.  I have a single tablespace,
  14. ts_A, which is solely dedicated to rb_A.  If I do a SHOW DEVICE/FILE,
  15. I discover that file_A, which contains only ts_A, is open.  Why is it
  16. open, if rb_A is not IN_USE?
