  13. I am looking for information on some kind of software that will do the 
  14. folowing:
  15.     1. A graphical development tool that will all me to produce screens for 
  16.        data entry, produce reports, and will allow access to a data base that
  17.        is included in the same package.

  19.     2. It has to work under windows.

  21.     3. It has to have a run time version
