  15. I'm in the process of writing a program that will allow users
  16. to talk to people on other machines over a network (in
  17. realtime). Thus I need to find away to compress the audio
  18. in real-time and was wondering if anyone could give me the
  19. name of a book or help me personally. I have a dedicated 
  20. Motorola Digital Signal Procesor on each machine to do
  21. some progressing (I will program it in assembler). thanks
