  16. I am looking for an FTP site where you can get the code
  17. for STATIC HUFFMANN ALGORITHM' FOR A UNIX ( CONVEX C220)
  18. MACHINE.

  20. In many of the FTP sites (from FAQ)that I had searched, I could find 
  21. the code for 'Adaptive ( DYNAMIC ) Huffmann Algorithm' only
  22. (e.g.) lharc codes....
