  10. The latest rumour I detected was that only appnote.txt had not been
  11. completed by the end of august and I expected PKZIP 2.0 first week
  12. of september. Since it still hasn't arived either appnote took more
  13. time or something else happened. Anyone who knows more on the
  14. subject?
