  33. The PKZIP distribution package has full spec's and also has made them PD
  34. alowing other to use it etc. INFO-Zip is a nice example of such a use.

  39. Not true. There is a free alternative in INFO-ZIP. This package is PKZIP
  40. compatible. Nearly as good and free of charges.
