  27. TAGBBS can do all you mentioned, plus it isn't monsterous to learn or upkeep.
  28. You can set different functions for a user say at security level 50 as opposed
  29. to another user at the same level.  TAG has built in configuration for setting
  30. file points/ul/dl ratios and single or Batch up/downloads.  You can create a
  31. file to limit types of files being uploaded such as disable someone sending you 
  32. bat files or .exe files, etc.  If you just want .ZIP files, you can disable
  33. all other types of archivers, entirely.  You may transfer files to tape-drive.
