  34. Hi Nick!  FIDONET can be expensive if you like.  On the other hand, if your
  35. local boards have formed a net (Several nodes), you can share the expense of
  36. messages being transferred to the hub.  Best to start out with just a few
  37. echoes and increase until your pocketbook can no longer handle the phonebill.
  38. You should go to your local net - coordinator and request a node.  If you want
  39. usenet messages, you should setup uf_gate software and find a usenet gateway
  40. to handle that traffic, although I am not sure you will be able to get ftp
  41. access that method.
