  57. connection.  (yay!!!)  This means that I will be able to start doing
  58. stuff at tsx-11 more now, and hopefully we will get caught up in the
  59. next week or so.  If you uploaded things long ago to tsx-11, well,
  60. they may finally appear...  More files later as I work on this.

  69. that I make are announcements that I have taken things that someone
  70. /else/ has written, and made them available for public consumption at
  71. tsx-11.mit.edu, somewhere in the hierarchy /pub/linux.

  73. I am /not/, unless otherwise explicitly stated, the one to contact
  74. about bugs in the programs -- Please look through the files that you
  75. get for the name of the author.  If program X has bug Y under
  76. conditions Z, either mail the author, or post news about it.  Stuff
  77. sent to johnsonm@stolaf.edu about it will generally end up in the
  78. great bit home in the sky, as I just don't have time to act as a
  79. middleman and pass on bug reports.  Sorry, but that's the way it is.

  82. try to use, as I have used, the subject "New stuff at tsx-11..." to
  83. facilitate WAIS and other searches.

  85. When you upload files to tsx-11, please put them in the incoming
  86. directory, using binary transfer mode when appropriate (almost
  87. always), and then mail ftp-linux@tsx-11.mit.edu and tell us that the
  88. file is there, and what it does.
