  79. However, the easiest method is to uuencode the picture file and mail it to
  80. Thomas Wong <twong@civil.ubc.ca>. Contributors must not upload the files to ftp 
  81. sites themselves. All types of picture file format are welcome. We will convert
  82. them to GIF format.
