  21. The ARRAY package include the complete set of files associated with Frank
  22. Mittelbach's <PZF5HZ@RUIPC1E.BITNET> modifications to and new
  23. implementation of the array and tabular environments of LaTeX.  The files
  24. in this package reflect the version 2.1b (6 July 1992) release.
  25.  
  26. The special merits of this implementation are further options to format
  27. columns and the fact that fragile LaTeX commands don't have to be
  28. \protect'ed any more within those environments.  David Carlisle contributed
  29. many useful additions to the `array' style options: alignment on a decimal
  30. point, a customizable version of `\hline', implicit delimiters, the
  31. `tabularx' and `longtable' environments.

  33. To retrieve the entire set of 10 files in 13 parts, please include:
  34.  SENDME ARRAY
  35. in the body of a mail message to FILESERV@SHSU.BITNET (FILESERV@SHSU.edu).
  36. If, for some reason, you should only require a specific file from this
  37. distribution, such as ARRAY.ARRAY_BUG, please include the command
