  28. DESCRIPTION
  29.     OmniPlay plays samples sounds from a variety of sound file
  30.     formats, including IFF (8svx and aiff), WAV, VOC, .au, .snd,
  31.     and 8-bit raw (signed, unsigned, u-law).  In addition,
  32.     PowerPacked sounds can be played if you have v34+ of
  33.     powerpacker.library installed.

  35.     OmniPlay determines the type of sound it's dealing with
  36.     automagically,  so the minimum command is "oplay somesound".
  37.     This works on *any* file, although raw files might sound
  38.     better if you specify a rate.

  40.     Options control rate, volume, output audio channel, wait-time
  41.     between sounds, process priority, printing of sound properties
  42.     (such as IFF NAME, AUTH, etc.), and more.  Options are
  43.     sequenced, not pre-scanned, so two files can have different
  44.     option sets.

  47.     A sampled sound file.  If you wish to PowerPack sounds, you
  48.     should have powerpacker.library (not included) in your libs:
