- I subscribed to them several years ago and they charged my credit card
- twice. After two letters, they sent me a check for the extra charges
- (for some reason they couldn't just credit my card), but a month later
- stopped my subscription. Nothing worked to get them to restart it, so
- I had my credit card company credit my account. A year later I decided
- to try again, and haven't had any problems since.
