  21. I subscribed to them several years ago and they charged my credit card
  22. twice. After two letters, they sent me a check for the extra charges
  23. (for some reason they couldn't just credit my card), but a month later
  24. stopped my subscription. Nothing worked to get them to restart it, so
  25. I had my credit card company credit my account. A year later I decided
  26. to try again, and haven't had any problems since.
