  23. There are several types of utility programs which read EBCDIC tapes.
  24. You might want to look into copying the tape to disk using one of
  25. these packages and then reading it using SAS (I hope it's a transport file).

  28. One such package is E-tape. Another is FOREIGN. E-TAPE is free of
