  12. How do you handle the passing along of messages relating to unplanned system
  13. downtime from systems staff to the rest of the library staff, when such cannot
  14. be reported via the system itself?  A "phone tree" is useful during work
  15. hours, but how about before 8 and after 4?  Thank you for any suggestions
