  12. Does anybody know where I could download a nocz.zip file to get rid of
  13. unwanted end-of-file markers in a file?  I know Dorothy Day downloaded
  14. such a program a few months ago, but I haven't been able to figure out
  15. how to make use of that.  If I could download it directly from a mirror
  16. site, then I would know how to proceed.  In the meantime, I have a
  17. valuable file I can't do anything with because of some rogue EOF markers.
  18. Any prompt help would be much appreciated!
