- NB 4.0 freezes when abbreviation expansion is on and the replacement
- string has some length. One with 36 characters came through but
- others with 46 characters or more invariably produced a
- deadlock. I removed all carriage returns from the replacement
- strings. No avail. I even tried with ones using solely non-accented
- characters. Ditto. Has anyone succeeded in using longer
- replacement strings in 4.0?
- There were no problems in 3.0 or 3.1 with this feature.
