  11. One of the features of early release (and late beta?) versions of NB4
  12. is that values for NBK1 and NBK2 may be reversed.
  13.  Delay should be contained in NBK2 in milliseconds
  14.  Repeat rate should be in NBK1 in characters per second
  15. These are to be found in nbcustom.set
  16.  
  17. NBCUSTOM.HLP can be changed to do this automatically.
