  22. The command is:

  24. SET NOTABENE NOMAIL
  25.  
  26. If you can use TELL, you can do that interactively (by typing
  27. the message TELL LISTSERV AT TAUNIVM SET NOTABENE NOMAIL).
  28. Otherwise, you send MAIL to the listserv (@taunivm, or @vm.tau.ac.il)
  29. with a the text of the above command as it only line.

  31. This will not work, naturally, if you send this command not from
  32. the address you used when you subscribed notabene.

  34. It may take a certain time before the command becomes effective
  35. (it cannot intercept mail altready sent to you). But in case
  36. you get a confirmation message but continue to receive mail, please
  37. drop a line to our mailer A79@taunivm (David Sitman). I
  38. have sent the command for you though I naturally would prefer
  39. not to be dragged into this administrativia if it can be
  40. handled by machines.
