  18. The top margin problem is definitely new to NB 4.0, and not a Desqview
  19. problem, either. I get the feeling that they have changed the relationship
  20. of Top Margin, Header, Page Length and form depth in this version.
  21. If I read it correctly, the menu screen under layout-Text Length suggests
  22. a different meaning to these commands then was true under 3.0. That is,
  23. if I remember correctly, page length used to include the top margin, but
  24. the new screen seems to suggest that top margin is in *addition* to
  25. the Page Length. I could be confused, though. I'm definitely confused.
  26. I could be wrong. In any case, the top margin command didn't work right.
  27. There may be some subtle intelligence going on here, or it may be just a
  28. bug. (I'd put money on the latter and I'm not a betting man).
