  12. Robert Kelley is, of course, theologically and anthropologically
  13. correct, but he ignores a looser, though widespread, usage in which
  14. the term Mennonite is used to cover all these people. It was
  15. presumably in this latter sense that this New Yorker, whoever he
  16. is, was said to have, or to have had, this beard. (Or was it
  17. perhaps not a New Yorker?)
