- As Tony St.Quintin has stated, the package for Ibid owners WILL
- include a disk to install the current version (1.1) of Ibid with NB4.
- The 2.0 upgrade is a thing of the future, but a version of Ibid 1.1
- that works with NB4.0 IS available. The same is true of Ibid Plus.
-
- What I don't know is whether you have to have ordered the 2.0 upgrade
- in the "subscription" deal to get this (and the later upgrade to
- Ibid 2.0), or whether just being a current Ibid 1.1 owner upgrading
- to NB4.0 will get you the necessary disk, without claim to the upgrade.
- I would hope the latter is true! However, perhaps a New Yorker can
- call NBI and confirm this.
-
- As I'm expecting "the Works" package, I still haven't seen the release
- version of NB4/Lingua/Orbis/Ibid/Plus in my mailbox. Perhaps I fall
- into category 168, by Tony's accounting. Or maybe it's just that
- Indiana is the last stop on the mail carrier's rounds...
