  13. Sorry to clog up the network.  I just printed to disk with the PostScript
  14. driver designated and reviewed the file.  The results were as reported
  15. before, i.e. the first C1 thinks that it is 2. and its lead is followed
  16. by the counters under it (though they know that they are the first of
  17. their ilk).  From the second C1 on, all is correct.  So, the printer
  18. file can print 1s in response to a counter.  The first C1 is wrong and
  19. all others are correct.  I know that this can't possibly happen, so
  20. don't be bashful about questioning my sanity.
