  21. Dubcek is seriously injured (several vertebrae broken), but able to speak.
  22. He was visited by Havel in the hospital.
  23. There exists an eyewittness of the accident - the car should slip on water
  24. film. The velocity at the moment of accident is estimated at 200 km/h.
  25. Probably the driver will be accused of causing the accident. He is
  26. in hospital too, with lighter injury, but preliminary refused to state
  27. in evidence.
