  20. Another C&CD administrative note.

  22. Some of our mailings appear to be going awry (finding their way into the
  23. mail boxes of non-subscribers, having their headers damaged and contents
  24. lost).  Also the local mailer is now spooling the mail hours after it has
  25. been placed in the que.  If you have problems, with Digest reception,
  26. sending mail to my personal account (RobertRoyar@Delphi.com) is likely to
  27. get a quicker (an easier for me) response.
