  52. I believe in the past that several sites have had SCI zaps stored under
  53. the control of listservs. If SCI were to do this either thru one or
  54. more Universities or themselves would this be against the bitnet or
  55. internet rules? If they had it on a machine not connected to bitnet
  56. or the NSF background would that be ok? But on a machine that could
  57. send or receive mail from bitnet or the internet.
