- I believe in the past that several sites have had SCI zaps stored under
- the control of listservs. If SCI were to do this either thru one or
- more Universities or themselves would this be against the bitnet or
- internet rules? If they had it on a machine not connected to bitnet
- or the NSF background would that be ok? But on a machine that could
- send or receive mail from bitnet or the internet.
