  15. CUNYVMV2 and CUNYVM were unavailble Saturday, 9/12 @ 20:53
  16.             through Sunday, 9/13 @10:39.

  18. Two of our RSCS links were down during the weekend, causing
  19. RSCS to reach it's spool limit.  This caused CUNYVMV2 to
  20. reject any incoming files during this period.
